Mental Health Counseling

Mission:  mental health counseling is like education: some is remedial, most if growthful, all of it is good for you, and you can't get too much of it.

Our approach to mental health counseling and education emphasizes prevention, wellness, and positive mental health for individuals and couples.  We bring over 25 years of experience with a unique orientation that blends traditional counseling and psychotherapy with Jungian Psychology, Imao Relationship Therapy, and Bond/Mind techniques.

Expertise: Individual, couple, family, and group counseling services are offered in addition to seminars, educational enrichment and consciousness raising groups, including men's issues and mind/body/spirit training for whole health

Education:  Degrees in Psychology and Counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Counselor and Education, member American Mental Health Counselors Association.
