Expertise:  We have licensed massage therapists who specialize in sports massage, injury rehabilitation and stress management.  We also have certified personal trainers who work one on one to customize a health and wellness plan to meet your individual needs regardless of age, body type or fitness level.

Education:  All on our staff are licensed and certified in their fields and attend continuing education seminars regularly.  Trainers have Bachelor and Masters degrees in sports medicine, health education, exercise science, and exercise physiology.
