Mission: I work on the physical, mental, and emotional, and spiritual level with my clients and students, as I view them as a whole and connected to the whole.  I believe in self empowerment and the power of being in flow with all components of life and the universe.

Expertise:  I work with individuals on grounding, or consciously connecting to the earth's energy, and removing energy blockages and helping to restore balance and flow using Qigong and REiki.  I also lead workshops and retreats with my wife Pam, who is a life and corporate coach.

Education: Trained in Reiki through level 3; Healing Qigong through level 4 with Master Lin of Spring Forest Qigong.
