| Answer: | Typically, all new exercise participants begin with a low cost introductory wellness package. The 1st session includes a comprehensive wellness screening and fitness evaluation. At your 2nd session, you will receive a copy of your results, and a program outline to follow. After these sessions are completed, you can choose to meet regularly or on a consultation basis. Massage clients will receive a brief health history screening at their 1st appointment. |

| Answer: | Gift certificates can be mailed to you, or in some cases they can be hand delivered. They become activated once payment is received. Discounts are available for multiple purchases. |
